When selling a property, first impressions set the stage on what your home has to offer and will net you higher proceeds at the closing table when your home is presented properly!

  • You can't control homes location
  • You can't control your neighbors



Either way, often times buyers have already driven through your neighborhood or have taken a virtual tour of your area via Google Street View. So if they are at a showing, odds are, they are good with the area! Many experienced agents tell their clients to drive through neighborhood first and by the home to ensure they like the area.

  1. POWER WASH THE EXTERIOR! A clean house can sell between $10,000 and $20,000 higher in price from our estimations! 
    1. Clean roof of any moss 
    2. Clean out gutters!

    4. Dust & dirt from landscaping needs to be cleaned off of home
  2. ADD NEW FRONT DOOR & GARAGE DOOR TO UPGRADE YOUR HOMES APPEAL INSTANTLY! You will almost always retain 100% of your investment on adding a front door and new garage doors! Could increase your homes value between $3,000 to $10,000 with moderately priced products.
    1. Front door & Garage doors are the most prominent features aside from your clean roof & should be shown off!!
